- Despite being called a General Cleaning, we aim to keep baseboards, doors, windows free of cobwebs, and we do everything else possible within the established time.
2. Kitchen
- External cleaning of cabinets and countertops.
- External cleaning of all appliances, including stove, refrigerator, and microwave.
- Cleaning of sink, basins, faucets, and sink drains.
- Garbage removal and cleaning of trash bins.
- Floor cleaning according to the finishing material.
3. Bathroom
- External cleaning of cabinets, shelves, and countertops.
- Cleaning of bathtub, toilet, sink, and mirrors.
- Cleaning of shower box and shower area tiles.
- Garbage removal and cleaning of trash bins.
- Floor cleaning according to the finishing material.
4. Living/Dining Room and Offices
- Surface cleaning of upholstery and cushions.
- External cleaning of cabinets, surfaces, objects, electronic devices, and mirrors.
- Floor cleaning according to the finishing material.
5. Bedrooms
- Bed making, if requested.
- External cleaning of cabinets, surfaces, objects, electronic devices, and mirrors.
- Floor cleaning according to the finishing material.
6. Laundry Room
- External cleaning of cabinets, machines, and surfaces.
- Cleaning of sink, basin, and faucet.
- Floor cleaning according to the finishing material.
7. Balcony
- External cleaning of cabinets and surfaces.
- Floor cleaning according to the finishing material.

HOUSEKEEPER
1. Morning Preparation
- Open curtains or blinds.
- Ventilate the rooms.
- Make beds.
2. Bedrooms
- Dust surfaces.
- Vacuum or sweep the floor.
- Change sheets and bedding as needed.
3. Bathrooms
- Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, and showers.
- Clean mirrors and glass.
- Change towels as needed.
4. Living Room and Common Areas
- Clean furniture and surfaces.
- Clean glass and mirrors.
- Vacuum or clean the floor.
5. Kitchen
- Wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
- Clean countertops, sink, and faucets.
- Clean stove, microwave, and other appliances.
6. Organization
- Maintain pleasant and tidy environments. (Refer here to the services of a Personal Organizer)
7. Laundry
- Wash, dry, and iron clothes as needed.
- Fold and put away clothes.
8. Outdoor Areas
- Clean balconies, patios, or external areas, as applicable.
9. Plants and Pets
- Water indoor plants.
- Feed and take care of pets, if applicable.

DEEP CLEANING
1.General
- Spider web removal.
- Cleaning baseboards, doors, and door frames.
- Internal window cleaning: glass, screens, grilles, and tracks.
- Cleaning switches and outlets.
- Cleaning hallways, stairs, handrails, and storage areas.
2.Kitchen
- External cabinet cleaning (internal if requested).
- Full cleaning of hood, oven, and stove.
- Appliance cleaning, including microwave, refrigerator, and freezer.
- Countertop, sink, basin, drain, and faucet cleaning.
- Trash removal and cleaning of trash bins.
- Floor cleaning according to the finishing material.
3.Bathrooms
- External cabinet cleaning (internal if requested).
- Cleaning of bathtub, toilet, sink, and mirrors.
- Shower area tiles and box cleaning.
- Trash removal and cleaning of trash bins.
- Floor cleaning according to the finishing material.
- Living/Dining Room, Bedrooms, Offices

END OF LEASE
1. General

- Internal and external cleaning of light fixtures and ceiling fans.
- Cleaning of baseboards, doors, and door frames.
- Cleaning of windows, glass, screens, grills, and tracks.
- Cleaning of switches and outlets.
- Cleaning of hallways, stairs, handrails, and storage areas.
- Spot cleaning of marks on walls, mildew, and other stains. (Cleaning does not replace painting)
2. Kitchen
- Internal and external cleaning of cabinets/drawers.
- Complete cleaning of range hood, oven, and stove.
- Complete cleaning of refrigerator and freezer.
- Cleaning of microwave, dishwasher, and all appliances.
- Cleaning of countertops, surfaces, tiles, grout, baseboards, and walls.
- Cleaning of switches, outlets, doors, and door frames.
- Cleaning of sink, drain, and faucets.
- Removal of garbage and cleaning of trash bins.
- Floor cleaning according to the finishing material.
3. Bathrooms
- Internal and external cleaning of cabinets/drawers.
- Cleaning of toilet, seat, lid.
- Cleaning of shower box, tiles, and floor in the shower area.
- Cleaning of bathtub, drain, and faucet.
- Cleaning of mirrors, countertop, sink, drain, and faucets.
- Floor cleaning according to the finishing material.
4. Living/Dining Room, Bedrooms, Offices
- Internal and external cleaning of cabinets, surfaces, and shelves.
- Floor cleaning according to the finishing material.
5. Laundry Room
- Internal and external cleaning of cabinets, shelves, and drawers.
- Internal and external cleaning of washer and dryer.
- Floor cleaning according to the finishing material.
6. Balcony
- Cleaning of sconces, light fixtures, light globes, pendants, chandeliers inside and out.
- Internal cleaning of surfaces and/or furniture.
- Floor cleaning according to the finishing material.

1.Reception Areas / Offices / Consultation Rooms

- Vacuuming carpets or cleaning floors according to material.
2.Toilets
- Cleaning sinks, faucets, and mirrors.
- Cleaning of toilets and surrounding areas.
- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper and soap (if applicable).
- Cleaning of tiles and floors.
- Trash removal and cleaning of trash bins.
3.Kitchen or Pantry Areas
- Cleaning countertops and sinks.
- Cleaning appliances like microwaves and coffee makers.
- Cleaning of refrigerators and freezers, including removal of expired items (if applicable).
